Such an overused phrase – but when food has been a massive part of your life, and has been your job since leaving school, I guess passion for food is where it’s at.

I can find beauty in a cabbage or a ham sandwich, it doesn’t always have to be a gourmet plate of food. Some of the best food is amazing because it’s simple and doesn’t need to dress itself up.
Above all I think food should make you happy, leave you satisfied and hopefully stimulate conversation along the way.
